Zoning Board of Appeals

Responsibilities

The Zoning Board of Appeals reviews and decides on zoning matters such as variances, special use permits, appeals, and map or text amendments. The ZBA conducts public hearings and makes formal recommendations to the Village Board. It plays a vital role in ensuring the fair and consistent application of zoning laws while balancing the needs of property owners with the Village’s zoning standards.

The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 6:00 pm, on the second floor of Village Hall.
