The Villa Park Fire Department currently employs 27 full-time shift personnel divided into three shifts (Black, Red, and Gold) who work a 24-hour shift and are off for 48 hours. All shift personnel are Certified Firefighters and Licensed Paramedics working out of two Fire Stations - Station 81 at 1440 South Ardmore and Station 82 at 102 West Plymouth.
The Villa Park Fire Department is a member of Mutual Aid Box Alarm System (MABAS) Division 12 which allows for the sharing of resources between area departments and specialty teams.
